By accessing or using TikTokSlides (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TikTokSlides is a content-creation studio that uses AI models to generate TikTok photo slideshows (slide copy, background images, and text overlays), lets you review and edit them, and — at your direction — schedules and posts them to TikTok accounts you connect via the official TikTok Content Posting API.
You must register with a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize the Service to create and publish content on that account on your behalf, using only the permissions (scopes) you grant through TikTok's OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the account in the Service. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, spammy, or that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published and for all content posted to your connected accounts.
Content is generated by third-party AI models (accessed via OpenRouter) and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or non-unique. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.
You retain any rights you hold in the prompts, themes, and topics you provide and in the content you publish. You grant the Service a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Service or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
